There are some links below if you are interested in visiting the Townsend Teece Telescope in the Arts Centre next year – we start Open nights in April 2024 for the winter season. You could also visit the Canterbury Astronomical Society’s (CAS) observatory in West Melton (https://cas.org.nz/). They have open nights on Friday nights too, and are at a nice dark site close to Christchurch (if you don’t want to go all the way to Tekapo).
