New Membership

Please complete the form below if you wish to join our U3A. One form is required for each new

member. Once completed, press the Submit tab at the bottom. An acknowledgment will appear

once your application has been sent and you will subsequently receive a welcome email from

our Secretary and Membership Liaison.

Please note if you are already a U3A Okeover member: there is no need to complete or submit

this form.

Your membership will become effective when we receive your $25 Individual Membership Fee.
